At the moment Supersmile.lv delivers items to their clients in all countries of European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom), as well as to Andorra, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

The seller is obliged to deliver the item within certain terms:

To address in Latvia
Regardless the time of the purchase, the delivery is done within the nearest 4 business days by Express Pasts (www.expresspasts.lv)

To addressee in other counties of European Union
Regardless the time of the purchase, the delivery is done within the nearest 10 business days.

The seller has a right to deviate from the above terms:

• if both parties agreed on other time of delivery
• if the provided address is incorrect

RETURN AND WARRANTY OF ITEMS

Buyer has rights to exchange or return to seller the purchased item within 14 days, previously informing the seller to the e-mail address info@supersmile.lv.

The item must be in its original packaging, unused and without defects.

In cases when there are noted hidden defects or other discrepancies to purchase due to the seller’s mistake, the seller covers postage expenses. In other cases the expenses for return and exchange of the item are covered by the buyer.
